As Oil Transitions to “Energy,” OFS Firms Revisit Priorities and Positions

A article in the Journal of Petroleum Technology by Judy Feder discusses how the oilfield service companies, in particular Halliburton and Schlumberger are coping with the energy transition that is occurring in the sector. As we move into the post pandemic era, the service sector companies are repositioning themselves together with their product and service portfolios to demonstrate their ability to sustainably support the energy sector.
